SHEEN'S WIFE JEALOUS OF HIS DAUGHTER

Actor Charlie Sheen flew into a rage with his wife after she became jealous of his five-year-old daughter.
He told police their Christmas Day fight started when he told Brooke Mueller about a special song he shares with young Sam, whose mother is his ex-wife Denise Richards.
The song is believed to be about a Christmas present he bought for her and Mueller, father of his nine-month-old twin sons, became upset and demanded to know why she and Sheen did not have a special song.
“Charlie says she is really jealous of his daughters, especially after he and Denise started getting along,” a source told E! News.
Sheen and Richards, who also have a four-year-old daughter Lola, had a bitter divorce and custody battle.

MARILYN MANSON SETTLES LAWSUIT

Shock-rocker Marilyn Manson has settled a multi-million dollar lawsuit brought by a former bandmate.
Keyboardist Stephen Bier, 45, sued Manson for $20 million two years ago, claiming the flamboyant performer had cheated him out of money and spent it on his lavish lifestyle and buying Nazi memorabilia.
He also claimed the money went to buying an engagement ring for burlesque star Dita Van Teese, and paying for their elaborate Irish wedding in 2005.
Manson, 40, denied Bier's claims and counter-sued, claiming he had breached his contract by not performing properly and turning up late.
The case was due to go to trial this month.

MICHAEL LOHAN WILL "ALWAYS LOVE DINA"

Lindsay Lohan's father Michael says he will always love her mother Dina – even though she is dragging him through the courts over unpaid child support.
“Regardless of what Dina says or what happened, I respect her and will always love her as the mother of my children and a special person,” he told the New York Post.
“She is a breath of fresh air after what I have gone through over the past two years.”
Last week Michael appeared in court over missed support payments for his two younger children, Ali, 16, and Dakota, 13, but he claims he owes less than Dina says.

CHARLIE SHEEN SPENDS CHRISTMAS IN JAIL

It was porridge, not turkey, for Charlie Sheen on Christmas Day because he spent in in jail on domestic violence charges.
The Two And A Half Men star was arrested on Christmas morning after an alleged fight with his wife, Brooke Mueller at their home in Aspen, Colorado.
He was initially ordered to be held until his first court appearance on charges of second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief, but was later released on $8,500 bail.
“Carlos Irwin Estevez, also known as the actor Charles I Sheen, was brought to the Pitkin County Colorado Jail for booking and incarceration following his arrest by the Aspen Police Department,” said Sheriffs Office patrol director Jeff Lumsden.

JOSE FELICIANO SLAMS RACIST SPOOF

A web site has apologised to singer Jose Feliciano after using his classic Christmas song Feliz Navidad for a racist musical spoof.
Radio producers Matt Fox and AJ Rice made The Illegal Alien Christmas Song and posted it on a conservative web site.
Puerto Rico-born Felicianio, 64, said he was “revolted beyond words” and called the spoof “a political platform of racism and hate.”
He said: “When I wrote and composed Feliz Navidad I chose to sing in both English and Spanish in order to create a bridge between two wonderful cultures during the time of year in which we hope for goodwill toward all.”
Jed Babbin, editor of the web site, said he would remove the song.

MARY J BLIGE DENIES HITTING HUSBAND

Grammy-winning singer Mary J Blige has denied reports she punched her husband in the face because he was flirting with a waitress.
Blige was said to have drawn blood when she hit Kendu Isaacs at a party at New York club M2 to celebrate the release of her new album, Stronger With Each Tear.
But a spokeswoman for the 38-year-old singer said she was trying to break up a fight between Isaacs, her husband of six years, and her brother.
“Mary was not fighting with her husband,” Karynne Tencer told the New York Daily News. “Her husband and her brother got into an altercation that turned into a fight. Mary went to break up the fight.”
She added: “Nobody was bleeding.”

VANESSA HUDGENS SUES OVER NUDE PICS

High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens is suing a celebrity gossip web site which posted nude pictures of her.
The 21-year-old actress claims in her federal suit the site moejackson.com posted the pictures illegally and is seeking an injunction to order it to remove them.
She is also seeking unspecified damages and has registered the pictures, taken on a mobile phone and described as “self-portrait photographs,” with the US copyright office.
“The pictures were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the Internet by an unknown person without Hudgens' knowledge or consent,” the suit, filed in Los Angeles, says.
It does not specify that the pictures are nude.

MORE MONEY WOES FOR NIC CAGE

Cash-strapped actor Nicolas Cage has been hit with another multi-million dollar lawsuit, this one accusing him of fraud.
Property company Red Curb Investments says the Leaving Las Vegas Oscar winner has failed to repay more than $5 million in loans.
Lawyers also claim Cage, 45, his former accountant and a mortgage broker defrauded the firm by not disclosing the true state of Cage's precarious finances, including $6.3 million he owes in taxes.
“Our client was assured that Cage had substantial assets consisting of high-end residential property, yachts, airplanes, antiques, custom automobiles, jewellery, furs, to assure repayment,” the suit says. “The values of Cage's assets were grossly exaggerated.”

BRITTANY MURPHY BURIED

Tragic actress Brittany Murphy was buried in a twilight ceremony on Christmas Eve, four days after her sudden death last Sunday, aged 32.
A Rabbi and a pastor led the co-denominational service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles, which started with Chet Atkins singing My Funny Valentine and ended with Murphy's own version of Smile.
About 24 people attended the private service in the cemetery's Church of the Hills, including her mother, Sharon, her husband, British screenwriter Simon Monjack and actor Eric Balfour, a longtime friend who, with his brother Simon, was a pallbearer.

BRITNEY SPEARS STAYS UNDER CONSERVATORSHIP

Singer Britney Spears will stay under the conservatorship of her father, Jamie, a judge has ruled.
He has had legal power over her personal, financial and business affairs since her breakdown in early 2008 and is expected to remain in charge for a further six months to a year.
According to celebrity site TMZ he will continue to be paid $16,000 a month for his services.
Co-conservator Andrew Wallet was awarded $174,569.10 for services from July 2008 to November 2009.
The judge also authorised $300,000 in legal fees.
A further hearing was set for January 14.
 

STEVEN TYLER IN REHAB

Rocker Steven Tyler has checked into rehab for an addiction to prescription painkillers.
The Aerosmith frontman has suffered years of injuries during performances, mos recently breaking his shoulder and needing 20 stitches in his head in a fall from the stage during a concert in South Dakota in August.
In a statement to People magazine Tyler, 61, said: “With the help of my family and friends, I am taking responsibility for the management of my pain and am eager to be back on the stage and in the recording studio with my bandmates Joe Perry, Joey Kramer, Tom Hamilton and Brad Whitford.

BRITTANY MURPHY LEFT ESTATE TO MUM

Actress Brittany Murphy made a will leaving everything to her mother before she met her husband, Simon Monjack.
There is no indication that she amended it to include him after their May 2007 marriage, according to celebrity site TMZ.
Murphy was very close to her mother, Sharon, who lived with her and British screenwriter Monjack in Hollywood, and friends say thy are not surprised.
“Brittany's mother was very involved in her life,” a source told columnist Ted Casablanca. “She really pushed Brittany into the entertainment industry.
“I bet changing her will didn't even cross he mind. Sharon was the closest person in Brittany's life and her mom made sure it was always that way. It seemed like they both relied on each other.”

NIC CAGE HOUSE SALE FALLS THROUGH

There will be less Christmas cheer for financially strapped actor Nicolas Cage with news that the sale of his Bel Air mansion has fallen through.
The lavish estate, previously owned by Rat Pack legend Dean Martin and later by Welsh superstar Tom Jones, was believed to have been sold last month, after he slashed the price in half from the $35 million he was asking three years ago.
At one point he tried to off-load it in a sealed-bid auction, with bids starting at $9.95 million.
According to a celebrity property blog, it sold for just under $15 million.
Now it is back on the market with an asking price of $17.5 million.

JACKO ADMINISTRATORS WANT PAYMENT

The administrators of Michael Jackson's estate want millions of dollars for handling the singer's affairs since his death in June.
Lawyer John Branca and music executive John McClain have filed court papers seeking five per cent of money the estate has learned since then.
The figure could be as high as $100 million from the sale of rights to rehearsal footage for what should have been his London concerts, released as the film This Is It, music and merchandising.
In addition at least three law firms which have had dealings with the estate want to be paid.

J LO LETS HERSELF GO

Diva Jennifer Lopez has admitted to letting motherhood keep her away from the gym.
The 40-year-old actress and singer, who has 21-month twins, Max and Emme with crooner husband Marc Anthony, says she now only does what she must to keep her famous curves in shape.
“I'm not the monster I used to be in the exercise department,” she told Allure magazine.
“You get past your 20s, you've got kids... you're kind of unmotivated.
“Part of my business is being in shape and looking good. You can't lie to yourself about it.
“You want to be healthy and look good, but you want to do the least amount to maintain that.”

REESE WITHERSPOON AND JAKE GYLLENHAAL SPLIT

Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal are said to have separated amicably after more than two years together.
The Walk The Line Oscar-winner and Brokeback Mountain nominee shot down rumours of a split two weeks ago, but new reports say the relationship was definitely over by then.
“They needed time to figure it out and they were on different coasts,” a source told E! News. “When they were finally together they talked it out and decided they're not going to be together any more.
“There are no other people involved. The relationship just ended. It just fizzled. But they also wanted to be careful and private about it because of Reese's kids.”

LINDSAY LOHAN SELLING OFF CLOTHES

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has a new venture – selling her second-hand clothes.
She is offering items including a Zac Posen top for $35, Frye cowboy boots for $275, and boots and jackets by Stella McCartney on the family web page.
Lohan, 23, is also trying to offload a MyScene Goes Hollywood figurine which includes a director's chair and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for $150.
It is not known if any of her critically-slammed first collection for Emanuel Ungaro will find its way to the site, according to Us magazine.
While she is selling off unwanted goods her father, Michael, is sounding off about reports he was arrested last weekend for making an unwanted phone call to his ex-girlfriend.

30 ROCK STAR NEEDS KIDNEY TRANSPLANT

Actor Grizz Chapman, who plays Tracy Morgan's character's bodyguard on 30 Rock, needs a kidney transplant.
Chapman, 35, confessed in a television interview he has ignored his high blood pressure for 10 years and is nervous about the surgery.
But the 6ft 11ins giant faces two hurdles before he can go under the knife – he has to lose at least five and a half stone from his 27 stone frame before he can be considered for the operation, and then there is a minimum five-year waiting list.
He told People magazine he is getting ready for the fight of his life – and urged other people not to turn a blind eye to their health.
“Whatever I can do for the longevity of my life, I'm going to do it,” he said.

MEL GIBSON TO DIRECT LEONARDO DICAPRIO

Leonardo DiCaprio will star in Mel Gibson's next gritty historical epic, set in the Viking world.
The script is being written by William Monahan, who won the best adapted screenplay for DiCaprio's film The Departed, and Graham King, who won the best picture award for the same film, will produce with Gibson and Tim Headington.
“This will be an awe-inspiring story, created with some of the industry's finest cinematic talent and I am just over the moon to be making this film with Mel, Leo and Bill,” King told Daily Variety.

SNAPPERS WANTED TIGER'S GIRL, NOT EMILY BLUNT

Actress Emily Blunt though a crowd of paparazzi outside a New York club were waiting for her when she arrived after a screening of The Young Victoria.
She did not realise the Norwood Club, where the Cinema Society was hosting the bash is next door to the home of Rachel Uchitel, Tiger Woods' alleged mistress number one.
Blunt, 26, was partying with celebrities including Chris Noth, who was full of praise for her performance, Martin Scorsese, Lionel Richie, Rachel Hunter and Michael Stipe.
A source told the New York Post: “All these photographers were outside the club waiting for Rachel to come home, although the celebs at the party thought they were there for them.”
Uchitel did not show up.
