FARRAH'S ANGELIC FUNERAL
Charlie's Angels star Farrah Fawcett will have a fitting funeral at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels.
The private service at the downtown Los Angeles landmark will be held at 4 pm on Tuesday.
Fawcett died on Thursday at St John's Hospital in Santa Monica after a three-year battle with anal cancer, with her longtime love Ryan O'Neal and close friend Alana Stewart at her side.
Redmond O'Neal, her 24-year-old son with O'Neal, will be given a day pass from jail to attend the service.
Redmond, who is serving a year in a jail rehab programme for violating probation on a heroin possession charge will be escorted by Los Angeles Sheriff's deputies from Pitchess Detention Centre and will be shackled, though he will be allowed to change out of his prison clothes.
“He will be able to wear a suit,” said Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore. “Proocol is that he will still be in handcuffs and leg cuffs.”
Redmond was allowed out of jail to visit his mother twice, most recently on May 15.
A source told E! News a second private memorial will be held at the exclusive Jonathan Club on the beach in Santa Monica, also on Tuesday.
