HUGH HEFNER FILES FOR DIVORCE

Playboy creator Hugh Hefner has filed for divorce, 11 year after he and his second wife separated.
Hefner, 83, cites irreconcilable differences – the only option in California – in his petition filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
But he decided to legally dump former Playmate Kimberly Conrad, 47, mother of two of his children, after she sued him last month for $5 million from the sale of a home next to the Playboy Mansion.
He denies owning her anything and says he had paid her $250,000 a year, as stipulated in their prenuptial agreement.
In his petition her asks the judge to reduce his monthly support payment to $20,000.
His lawyer said: “There is no reason she cannot take the steps to become self-supporting immediately.”
Hefner and Conrad married in July 1989 and had two sons, Marston, now 19, and 17-year-old Cooper.
They separated in 1998 and she moved into the house in Holmby Hills where she lived until it was sold.
Hefner, who says he is furious about her lawsuit because he has paid her everything he owed her, more than $12 million since they separated, also claims she cheated on him in the early days of their marriage.
He told celebrity site TMZ he was faithful while they were together and added: “At the time of the separation I was happy to get a divorce. I only remained married for the sake of the children, at her request.”
The pyjama-clad Lothario, who is currently currently dating three Playmates, twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon, 19, and 23-year-old Crystal Harris told People magazine he could marry again.
“It's unlikely, since I haven't been very successful at it,” he said. “But anything is possible.”
Court papers list his income as just over $290,000 a month, and his total assets excluding Playboy as $43 million.
His monthly outgoings, including college fees for his sons, are around $110,000.
Hefner was married to Mildred Williams from 1949 to 1959 and they had two children, Christie, 56, who has run Playboy Enterprises in 1988, and David, 54,who owns a computer consulting firm.
