LOHAN DAD OUT OF TROUBLE FOR ONCE

Hollywood beauty Lindsay Lohan's outspoken dad is out of trouble for a change – at least for now.
Born-again Christian Michael Lohan, who has served prison time for drink-driving and assault offences, finally had something to smile about after getting off the hook over a former lover's demand for him to pay support for an alleged love child.
A Suffolk County Family Court judge on Long Island has dismissed a request that the embattled 49-year-old pay support to his alleged love child with ex-girlfriend Kristi Kaufman.
"The petition was withdrawn and all further issues will be dealt with in Montana," said Lohan's lawyer Stephanie Ovadia.
Lohan left the Riverhead, New York, courthouse flanked by three female lawyers whom he described as his Charlie's Angels.
But this may be a temporary reprieve for Lohan, who is often in the headlines because of his turbulent relationship with his Mean Girls star actress daughter.
Kaufman, who lives in Montana, claims that Lohan is the biological father of her 13-year-old daughter, Ashley.
"All of this is going to Montana," Ovadia added, referring to future case proceedings. "And we'll have lots more news next week."
