MICHAEL LOHAN THREATENS TO EXPOSE DINA'S "LIES"

Michael Lohan could be set to air tapes of phone calls with his ex-wife to prove she is covering up daughter Lindsay's addictions.
Lohan has been making public claims for the last few weeks that the 23-year-old Mean Girls star is facing addiction to prescription drugs and is wasting away, while his ex, Dina, claims he is lying and has no contact with his daughter.
Lindsay herself has called on him to stop talking about her, but he shows no sign of letting up.
“Dina is saying that I'm lying – that Lindsay doesn't have a problem and that she's okay,” he told the New York Daily News.
“But I have proof that Dina has told me Lindsay is on death's doorstep, that she doesn't have much time left.
“And I'm going to prove that Dina is the liar, not me.”
Lohan, who says his lawyer advised him to record all his conversations with Dina, is due to appear on television show Entertainment Tonight on Monday.
He would not confirm he is going to broadcast the tapes but said he will do “whatever it takes” to straighten his daughter out.
“I want her off prescription medication,” he went on. “I'm not going to stop until then.”
He said of his ex: “As the mother of my kids, I won't slam Dina personally. But she has expressed to me that Lindsay is in dire need of an intervention.
“And Lindsay needs to see that her mother is either lying to me or lying to her
“If Dina and her cohorts want to continue lying I could keep exposing her for a year – on so many different subjects. My lawyers told me to keep every single conversation – and I did.”
One subject on which he claims she lies is Lindsay's on-and-off girlfriend, Samantha Ronson.
“Dina says positive things about Samantha when she's talking to Lindsay,” he said. “But then when Dina talks to me she blames Lindsay's downfall on the Ronsons.”
