RIHANNA TATTOO PARLOUR CITED

A New York tattoo parlour which let singer Rihanna ink three members of staff has been charged by the department of Health.
East Side Ink faces a fine of up to $2,000 for “operating with an unlicensed tattoo artist on site,” according to celebrity site TMZ.
Rihanna, 21, visited the shop in July to see her regular tattoo artist, called Bang Bang.
She did not get any new body art, but Bang Bang asked her to decorate him.
He drew a design – an umbrella, based on her trademark song, with a swirly “R” underneath it -- transferred it to his lower leg and gave Rihanna the needle.
It was the first time she had tattooed anyone, and when she finished after 15 minutes two other artists, Josh Lord and Patrick Conlon asked her to do the same for them.
Bang Bang created many of Rihanna's tattoos, including stars on her back, Roman numerals on her shoulder, the word “shhh” on her finger and a gun on her ribcage.
